A year with my MacBook. Two years with my Mac Mini.

It’s been two years since I got my first Mac and a year since I got my second Mac + my iPhone.

Today I realized – I haven’t used my Windows XP / Ubuntu 9.04 PC for a couple of weeks and I haven’t noticed anything different. Is it really time to switch fully to Mac?

Technically I am a Mac user, since I use Mac OS X most (about 3/4) of my time.

But for the past two weeks, I have used Mac OS X a lot (about 95%) of my time, leaving about 5% to Ubuntu and I didn’t use Windows once. Well, I did, but it wasn’t my own PC.

And If I play games, I have noticed I do it on my MacBook, not on the Windows PC as it isn’t in my home office.

I can’t find a use for my Windows PC anymore. At least no other use than for testing Windows-only Applications. But wait, I have crossover, parallels and vmware fusion.

And I can always use Boot Camp…

I also use Ubuntu on that machine, but I can also do that on my MacBook and my Eee 701 4G Surf.

I’m not going to stop using Windows, as 7 is coming out and it looks like it’s going to be cool.

What do you think?

And, please, no OS wars in comments, as this ISN’T a post that says Macs are better.
